1. Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the website at www.menuself.com and all associated digital services.
• User / Business: Refers to the restaurant or business owner who uses our services by creating an account on MenuSelf.
• Service: Covers the QR-based digital menu creation, management, and hosting services offered by MenuSelf.

2. Use of the Service

• The User may use the service only for legal purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
• All information provided during account creation must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Each user is responsible for the operations performed through their account.
• If misuse of the service, sharing of illegal content, or behavior violating third-party rights is detected, the account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

3. Subscription and Payments

• MenuSelf provides services through monthly and annual subscription plans.
• Subscription fees are collected based on the current prices indicated on the website.
• Payments are accepted via credit card or other supported methods, utilizing a secure payment infrastructure.
• The plan may be automatically renewed unless cancelled before the end of the subscription period.
• Fees for the period used will not be refunded in case of subscription cancellation.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• The MenuSelf platform, software, design, logo, database, and all its content belong to **Seditio Soft**.
• No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• The User is solely responsible for all menu content uploaded by them.

5. Limitation of Liability

• MenuSelf does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• MenuSelf cannot be held responsible for damages that may arise from interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance work, or third-party issues.
• The User is personally responsible for all content shared via the platform.

6. Account Security

• The User is responsible for the security of their account and for keeping their login credentials confidential.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, immediately notify destek@menuself.com.

7. Modification or Discontinuation of the Service

• MenuSelf reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service without prior notice.
• No compensation liability shall arise for the user due to such changes.

8. Data Protection

The personal data of users is processed and protected in accordance with KVKK and GDPR standards, as specified in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Execution Offices of Bursa are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise between the parties.
